4) ONCE COMPLETED, THE HIP IS NORMALLY DELIVERED TO YOU BY E-MAIL.
5) HIP PROVIDERS SHOULD OFFER THE SAME LEVELS OF SERVICE AND SIMILAR PACKS TO SATISFY THE LEGISLATION - WHO ARE YOU GOING TO USE ??? 1) THE STARTING PRICE FOR A HIP ON A 1/2/3 BED FREEHOLD PROPERTY IS £205-00 PLUS VAT (£240-87). THE PRICE ON A 4/5/6 BED FREEHOLD PROPERTY IS £225-00 PLUS VAT (264.38). LEASEHOLD PROPERTIES ARE AN ADDITIONAL £20-00 ON THE NET PRICE. QUOTES FOR 7 BEDS + UPON REQUEST.
2) IF YOU FIND A LOWER QUOTE READILY AVAILABLE ON THE INTERNET WE WILL BEAT THAT PRICE BY £5-00.
3) AN ORDER CAN ONLY BE TAKEN AFTER YOU SPEAK WITH A REPRESENTATIVE. WE WANT TO PROVIDE A PERSONAL SERVICE TO OUR CUSTOMERS AND WE WILL MAKE SURE THAT THE CORRECT INFORMATION IS TAKEN FROM YOU ABOUT THE HIP. WE WILL CONFIRM THAT ORDER TO YOU BY E-MAIL AND THIS CONFIRMATION CAN BE USED TO PROVE TO YOUR ESTATE AGENT THAT AN ORDER HAS BEEN PLACED AND THAT LEGISLATIVE REQUIREMENTS ARE BEING ADHERED TO.

IF YOU DECIDE ON THIS LAST OPTION, ALL WE ASK IS THAT YOU ENCLOSE A COPY OF THE E-MAIL CONFIRMATION ALONG WITH THE CHEQUE
5) DELIVERY OF THE HIP IS NORMALLY WITHIN TEN WORKING DAYS FROM THE DATE OF CLEARED PAYMENT. THE QUICKEST AND PREFERRED METHOD OF DELIVERY IS BY E-MAIL. THE .PDF FILES WOULD BE INCLUDED AS ATTACHMENTS AND YOU CAN FORWARD THE E-MAIL DIRECTLY TO THE ESTATE AGENT.
6) ALL OF THE HIPS PRODUCED ARE COVERED BY £2,000,000 INDEMNITY INSURANCE. A COPY OF THE INSURANCE SCHEDULE IS INCLUDED WITH THE COMPLETED HIP. EVEN IF YOU PLACE YOUR ORDER WITH ANOTHER PROVIDER, MAKE SURE THEY HAVE INSURANCE COVER FOR A SIMILAR AMOUNT.
